DOES COLLEGE REALLY MAKE SENSE?
INTRODUCTION
Feeling like college isn't for you or you're feeling forced to go by family? Well you are in luck because I want you see the dark truth about colleges. Understand that this article is not about making fun of anyone going to college, but to simply understand the problems that come with it.
#1 - STUDENT LOANS
According to worldpopulationreview.com, free tuition nations do not include Canada, the UK, Japan, Australia, and especially the US, which have students drowning in the highest student loans globally. You have to ask yourself this question, why do I have to borrow so much money just to get a degree? Education should be free, and for most average people, it's not worth risking your entire net worth just to learn a certain major.
#2 - MOST COLLEGE DEGREES ARE OBSOLETE
It's the digital age, where you can look up answers online from your computer for any questions you have. A science degree for example is useless because if you want to learn computer programming languages like HTML, CSS, Java, Javascript, Python, C++, or Lua, you can just search up free online tutorials to learn quickly. Other useless degrees like philosophy, music, photography can be easily learned from the internet. I saved the worst degree to ever exist, it also makes no sense, which is gender studies, like did these people not learned about basic biology before? There are factually 2 genders, either you have a penis or vagina. This should not even be a debate. Anyone with this woke degree is fucking retarded. There are only a few useful degrees like anything with doctors, construction, and lawyers, but that's beside the point.
#3 - A COLLEGE DEGREE DOES NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEE BETTER JOBS
In the US at the very least, there are plenty of jobs that do not require a college degree. Many of these jobs aforementioned are like chefs, commercial pilots, even being a cop, and these jobs pay more than a college graduated person. The truth is that many jobs care more about a person's years of experience, and skill sets over education because employers are looking for the best experienced employees for the positions to ensure the work is done more efficiently.
#4 - A COLLEGE DEGREE IS NOT NEEDED FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP
If you want to start a business, you don't need a degree for that. All you need is a set of skills that you are fluent at, and create some value out of that. The richest people in the world like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerburg are all college dropouts who instead pursued their world changing inventions for abundant fortunes.
CONCLUSION
To conclude the reasons aforementioned, college is just not for everyone. I believe in education, especially if it's free, logical, unbiased, and factual. I just do NOT believe in the education system which can brainwash students to become close minded employees, and to not be creative with the wokeism happening in colleges, especially in the western nations like the US. The only true education is to always think for yourself, always ask yourself questions about anything in life, read books about self improvement, like improving your finances, social skills, and health.
