DOES WORKING FOR A COMPANY REALLY MAKE SENSE?
INTRODUCTION
Did you ever felt like your job is so tiring, or your boss is so demanding? There is a great chance your answer is yes. Before anything, this article is not to make fun of people who are struggling to pay their bills from a job they despise, or to just to tell people to stop working without a plan, but to understand the reasons why working for a job is mostly a scam.
#1 - WORKING HARD ON A JOB IS NEVER ENOUGH
You may be wondering to yourself, "how can you make money if you do not work hard enough?". To answer that question, you do not actually have to work hard on your job because it is very likely your efforts do not actually mean anything to any company as long as you are doing the bear minimum of tasks required by your job. When you are working too hard, basically doing everything above your usual job performance, what you are actually doing is giving too much valuable effort for the SAME pay per hour, which makes you look idiotic. Now you may be thinking to yourself, "if I am giving too much effort in the company I work for, why do they not give me a raise?". Well that leads to my next point.
#2 - YOU HAVE NO POWER OVER YOUR WAGE INCOME(S)
Let us have an example, you are an employee of the PepsiCo company, so you have been working for the company for 2 years, and you decided to chat with your boss about a raise. He or she said "sorry I cannot do that right now, maybe next time, keep up the great work tho". Now you are thinking to yourself, "how can I pay my recently increased bills?". Wages will always stay stagnant until the minimum wages increase legally, which you do not have time to wait for, so most people would try to get a second job as another source of income. This costs more of your time, which leads to another point.
#3 - YOU HAVE NO TIME FLEXIBILTY
All jobs will give you an already set schedule that you usually cannot change. If you want to see family on important events, you will have to painfully ask your boss to take a specific amount of UNPAID time off, or your boss can also deny your request. When you almost have no time for anything but stay in your job, you are surviving, not living. Now do not get me wrong, making money is good, but your limited time in this world matters more, after all, that is money without health?
CONCLUSION
To summarize everything into better terms, no matter who works the hardest for any job, people will always have an hourly pay limit. Always do the bare mininum work required possible, because another reason is that you ARE replaceable at any company. You are just another number in any business because most job positions do not require experience, skills, or even a college degree to work these jobs. Companies, especially big companies will do anything to cut business costs, for example a company can fire 100 full time workers, and replaces them with 150 new part time workers to save more dollars. You will sadly truly never control how much money you make per week, and never really have control over your time IF you always work for any company your whole life. If you want to control how much, and when you make money, start an online business, that is real freedom. Remember always think for yourself, and share the love of this article.
